What's this? Me, posting a deviation on... 10-10-10? Yep, that's what it seems to be, folks. And once again, another art trade drawing is now here, and this time, this one is between me and my DA neighbour from Finland, Heli, aka

.

The deal between her and me was that we draw one character from each side and while i've asked her to draw my eccentric Heather Solomon, what she has asked to draw was one of her lovely young japanese OCs, that being Talim Nakamura. And when i usually draw girls, i've mostly drawn them with normal ears. But Talim is different from either my own female OCs or any other girl that i've drawn so far, as she's got elfish ears. I gotta tell you, that's the first time i've not only drawn her, but it's the first time that i've drawn an elfish person altogether (Wario doesn't exactly count as being one himself, despite his elfish-like ears that he's got).

Now, as for who Talim is, it is said that she's a very giggly girly girl who's very sweet and sensative, although due to that, some people might find her to be a bit irritating. But then again, her good nature is said to be very endearing. She does have a serious side, although her fun side is shown more within her, due to the fact that she likes to have some fun, as well as focus on the good things in life. Man, she sure doesn't get too discouraged that easily, does she? Ahh, to be young myself again.

Anyway, this is my part of my art trade with *Volvom. As for the music in mind, since it is said that Talim is japanese, i had to select something that is japanese-related... although all i was able to think about is the short opening song from the Japan Only X-Box Live Arcade game, Otomedius Gorgeous. It's short, but it does the trick in fitting a theme for Talim.

As for how i got the inspiration to draw her, here's a pic of it, folks:

Alright, Heli. Here's your Talim, as done in my version. And while i was supposed to do it in mid-October, i had free time on my hands to do so, so here's hoping that you'll enjoy seeing your Talim, as done by me, dear.

I seem to be real busy in drawing lately. I mean this is the fourth consecutive art trade drawing that i've posted in my gallery. Although now, i'm doing the next drawing, but this time, for someone who's actually requested me something. I hope i'll have that one ready by tomorrow.

Anyway, thanks for the fave on this one, Gambu. And here's hoping that my DA neighbour, *Volvom will notice it, as i've worked quite hard on my parrt of our art trade (with her, of course).
